Not gonna lie, Freebirds had an alright vibe, but it was loud when I went and the tables felt a little messy. The staff seemed busy, so I get it, but the place didn’t feel super looked after. It wasn’t bad, just not the most relaxing spot to hang out

I tried placing my order online, but it just wouldn’t go through no matter what I did. It was frustrating, and it felt like the site should’ve been working better than that

Stopped in for lunch and it was clean overall. Tables were wiped down, floors looked fine. Drink area was a little messy, but not a big deal. Good enough for me

I thought the food was fine overall, nothing really to complain about there. But for me, the staff came across a bit uninterested, barely any smiles and not much help when I needed something. I’d probably go back for the food, but the service definitely didn’t make the experience feel very welcoming

I ordered right from my phone and, like I kind of expected, the app made it simple. No glitches or weird steps, and my pickup was ready fast. Definitely makes ordering easy.

I do like that Freebirds lets you customize pretty much everything, from the rice to the sauces and all the extras. It’s great when I’m feeling picky or just want to switch things up a bit.

That said, I feel like with that many choices, my order somehow doesn’t always come out quite right. It’s not like it’s terrible or anything, but it does make me wonder if all the options are making things a little harder than they need to be

I grabbed a burrito and my gut reaction was that it was just okay. The chicken had some good flavor in certain bites, but then other bites felt kind of bland and had me reaching for more salsa. I did like the rice and queso, and nothing was bad, but overall it didn’t really leave much of an impression. I’d eat it again if I was nearby and hungry, but it’s not something I’d randomly start craving.

I’ve ordered from Freebirds a handful of times now, my snap judgment is that they’ve got delivery figured out. It shows up when it says it will, the food’s still warm, and I haven’t had anything missing yet. That’s really all I’m looking for.

I usually end up on freebirds.com just to check the menu before I order, which is helpful, but it feels like an extra step every time. There are plenty of choices though, like burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos, and different proteins, so I do like that it doesn’t feel like I’m stuck getting the exact same thing.
I like being able to customize everything and make it how I want, but sometimes figuring out the combo takes more effort than I’m in the mood for. The toppings and sauces definitely help, and once I decide, the food is usually worth it.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I just wish they had a few more side options or maybe some seasonal stuff to make the decision easier. Still good overall, I just don’t always want to work that hard to pick a meal.

The support team was friendly and did get back to me, which I appreciated. The only downside was that it took longer than I expected to get a response, so I was left waiting for a bit. Still, once they replied, they were helpful enough and handled my issue.

I’ve been using freebirds.com mostly to order ahead, and the rewards have been better than I expected. My points show up quickly after each order, and I already used one for money off a bowl. It’s not complicated at all, just order or scan and it works. I’m curious if everyone else is seeing their rewards add up this fast too, because it definitely makes me more likely to go back when I’m craving burritos. Easy 5 stars from me.

I ordered catering for work and was hoping I made the right call, and I think I did. Everything showed up hot and right on time, which was a huge relief. A bunch of people mentioned how much they liked it, so that made me feel good about choosing them. Would definitely order again.
